About LEHRN

Operating out of the Twin Cities in Minnesota, LEHRN is a professional community sharing knowledge and experience about the successful alignment of Human Resources/Human Capital Management (HR/HCM) and Talent Management information systems to support best business practices. We support all functions within HR as they align HCM technology to drive business outcomes.

LEHRN first launched over 15 years ago, took a little break, and is now relaunching! Our goal is to continue co-creating a vibrant community that helps all of us become smarter and more connected — as HR practitioners, as HR system vendors, as HR consultants committed to all points of the adoption and implementation cycle.

The LEHRN vibe? Count on it to be high energy, with stimulating content, and always fun! In the end, LEHRN delivers practical ideas we can implement in our organizations and the ones we serve. Just as importantly, LEHRN offers the opportunity to make new friends and meet colleagues who will walk side-by-side with you on your HR technology change journey.
