Vice President - Manager of Programs & Operations for Global Talent Attraction & Engagement

Ryan is a seasoned recruitment executive with over 18 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence in talent acquisition. Known as a transformational thought leader, Ryan has successfully led global recruitment teams, built cutting-edge recruiting infrastructures, and implemented strategic solutions to optimize hiring processes. Currently serving as Vice President of Program & Operations within the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement team, Ryan has built a high-performing team responsible for key talent programs, spearheading CRM initiatives and developing key attraction strategies including storytelling efforts. Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan a high school football coach, an active speaker, board member, and mentor, shaping the future of talent acquisition through thought leadership and innovation.  

Tina Enberg

Tina  is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Acquisition executive with over 25 years of experience driving strategic and scalable talent initiatives within Fortune 500 companies. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent assessment, operations strategy, HR Technology and global HR transformations. Tina has proven success in overseeing major implementations across U.S., EMEA, APAC and India regions, with a strong track record in project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently, she is serving as Senior Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo on the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement Team supporting Beamery in addition to other talent attraction tools. In her personal time, you will find Tina serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Sinfonia Orchestra and cheering on her son’s national curling team.
