Sleep Number's Surprising Journey - Unplanned HR Innovation leads to greater ROI & AI
Sleep Number identified gaps in their TA technology stack that put them behind other retail companies with more advanced technology. As everyone competes for the same front line talent, they needed to identify a more progressive vendor who had more advanced technology along with AI to save time, steps, and create a better candidate experience.
They implemented a set of new systems in a phased approach due to a short timeline to transition to a new career site platform with a chatbot, candidate CRM and programmatic job advertising.
Hear about their go live experience from Sleep Number and their vendor partners, Phenom and Pandologic. They will also discuss their continued system implementation with a large emphasis on change management and recruiter adoption. And they aren’t done yet as their future roadmap and considerations shape up and refine their hiring process.
