Scott Berg, of Needham and Company, will be providing updates via video for this events. Scott has provided a wealth of knowledge spanning many years with LEHRN. He keeps us knowledgabe on what is happening in the HR Software industry.
Robert Richardson & Ivan Pandiyan
Robert and Ivan will share an informative and interactive session on AI. In March Robert challenged us to be a proud ostrich! Ivan joined us for the meeting and we are excited to have him share his knowledge in AI. Robert serves as HR Tech Strategy Advisor at SAP SuccessFactors. There his domains include AI, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Sustainability. As Work Matters Podcast co-host Robert and Dr. Steve Hunt shared 26 episodes of actionable career advice for everyday workers. Inside SAP, he produced over 100 video podcast episodes training SAP employees. His work in open online courses has been viewed by tens of thousands of HR professionals worldwide. Robert also serves as SAP’s Social Sustainability Lead for ASUG, helping clients achieve sustainable profit. Ivan is a global visionary and strategic leader in the healthcare technology section with experience in launching innovative and disruptive AI/ML products worldwide. As the Executive General Manager at GE Healthcare, he leads the product and technology transformation strategy, translating business goals and customer needs into highly complex and impactful solutions that leverage cloud, data, cyber security, AI, and ML technologies.

Jill Bothwell
Jill Bothwell brings many years of experience in health care HR technology roles. She is currently with Fairview Health Systems as System Director of Talent Management, where she returned after her role on the HR technology vendor side with Infor. Prior to Fairview Health Systems, Jill was with Health Partners for 12 years as Manager of Workforce Staffing. Jill has also been a member of the LEHRN Board and significant contributor.
Mike Connly
Mike Connly has broad career experience as an IT executive, board member, and advisor. Mike formed Connly Solutions, LLC after retiring from United Health Group in 2019. During his 15 years at UHG, Mike held several positions, including CTO and CIO of Optum. Mike joined the Board of HealthEast in 2013, and was appointed chair in 2017, leading the Board through the merger with Fairview Health Services. He currently serves on the Fairview Board, the board of Village Bank, the advisory board of Digineer and is an advisor and consultant to a number of startup and established technology companies
